By accessing this website, registering as a member, or donating to the PBW Foundation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Membership & Conduct
Members and Coordinators represent the foundation at the grassroots level. We expect:
- Accuracy in information provided during registration.
- Ethical conduct when interacting with rural communities.
- Adherence to our referral guidelines and member policies.
- No unauthorized use of foundation branding or identifiers.
3. Donations & Refunds
All donations made to the PBW Foundation are used for welfare programs in Assam. Donations are generally non-refundable unless a technical error occurred during processing.
Important Disclaimer
PBW Foundation provides health camp coordination and educational support. However, medical treatments are provided by partner hospitals, and the foundation is not liable for clinical outcomes at third-party medical facilities.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership accounts that violate our code of conduct or engage in fraudulent referral activities.
